Privacy Policy

Oklahoma Family Policy Council (“OFPC”) understands the privacy concerns of its visitors. We have created this Privacy Policy to describe what information we may collect, how we use such information, and how such information relates to the operation of Okfamilypc.org (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time without prior notice to you, so please check this page periodically for any changes. The latest revision date is noted at the bottom of this page.

Children sometimes provide personal information to OFPC and Okfamilypc.org, arising out of the relationship they have, or wish to have, with us through K.E.E.P. (Kids Eagerly Endorsing Purity), the abstinence-until-marriage education program we operate in Central Oklahoma, Tulsa County, and in the surrounding counties. If there is a material change in the terms of this Privacy Policy that relates to the collection or use of any minor children’s personal information we now hold or may obtain, we shall make a good faith effort to notify the parent(s) or guardian(s) whose contact information we possess and whose children have provided us with personal information prior to such change.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our users is of utmost concern to OFPC and K.E.E.P. Only those staff, partners, and associates, such as, e.g., Marriage Network Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Pro-Life Media Coalition, or our mailing house, who need access to our users’ confidential information in order to do their jobs well are allowed access. Any staff, partner, or associate who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination or loss of association with OFPC.

Children's Privacy

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) protects the personal information of children under the age of 13. This law restricts what information we can collect from children; therefore, Okfamilypc.org services are for use only by individuals who are age 13 and over. It is important for you to understand this law; we encourage you to read more about COPPA at this Web-site.
