This organization's strategic leadership, under the direction of pro-life advocate Rita Marker, has been indispensible over the past several decades. As so-called "mercy killing" of the terminally-ill has gained more of a cultural hearing and also a legal foothold in states like Oregon, the need for the International Task Force's excellent pro-life work will only increase.
