Abortion Law

Please click on the first three links to access reliable information and research from Focus on the Family, Americans United for Life and the Alliance Defense Fund about abortion's current legal status in the U.S.

The fourth link to Operation Outcry provides details about an ongoing legal effort to reverse Roe v. Wade, the major U.S. Supreme Court decision in 1973 that legalized abortion. The basis for this new lawsuit is the large amount of evidence developed since 1973 that demonstrates clearly the physical, emotional and psychological damage to women from abortion. Also, new scientific evidence regarding the undeniable humanity of the child at the time of conception also calls for a complete reexamination of legalized abortion. Operation Outcry is a joint project of the Center for Reclaiming America, the National Foundation for Life Litigation Project, the Texas Justice Foundation and Help After Abortion.

If you are a woman who has been traumatized by your own past abortion, perhaps you would consider becoming a part of this lawsuit by providing an affidavit of your own experience? The Operation Outcry Web-site will provide you with more detailed information.
